“Leave
now… you grief… leave!”
Wishing,
Spring,
in laughter, impromptu
Sparking
momentous moments
Bask
in glory!
Raises spirit to love, living
Inviting
colours
Cloak
Life with....
Memories!.....
With
life-cloak
Colours
inviting
Living,
love to spirit raises
Glory
in, bask!
Moments,
momentous sparking impromptu
Laughter,
in spring,
Wishing,
“Leave…grief...you
now leave!”

Three word wednesday - Grief, raise, bask
That is really cool. I also like how you blended the prompts...i didn't realize you had the 3WW words in it until I saw it noted. Nicely written.
ReplyDeleteThis feels both strong and beautiful, I especially like the command.

ReplyDeleteMany uses of "palindrome" -- "grief Bask raises colors ..." I would have been cool if those four words were a phrase in and of themselves too.
A light and happy poem!
nice....i like the liberties you took to make this roll easy in the reading....grief is an interesting journey for many...if only we could just tell it to leave, you know...
ReplyDeleteA double constraint - wow, you really don't make life easy for yourself, do you? I like what you have done here, it flows naturally both on paper and off the tongue.
ReplyDeleteTitle and words rolling back and forth, lovely share ~
ReplyDeleteI do wish grief to leave soon and to bask in spring colors ~
Laughter really does help improve one's mood.
ReplyDeleteway to take a positive out-look
ReplyDeleteWonderfully done, Akila and managing to do two prompts with it too...very clever. If only our grief could be dispatched so easily...
ReplyDeleteI'm so enjoying how everyone is working with the beastly palindrome and the fact that you used it for an additional prompt is amazing!
ReplyDeleteHey I have nominated to Liebster Awards in this post at my blog. Please do take out few minutes to take a look
