MOVE ON....


Seize a moment for the body in constant motion, dear
Wish to envelope you in my womb again warding off pain
This viral pause is for an extra breath or two, life awaits you.


My three year old is still recovering from a viral infection. It’s a week now. She has very different from her her usual hop, skip and jump. Nothing uncommon, but my heart skips a beat when she coughs incessantly…

The Sejo form is a three line poetry each with 14 - 16 syllables. I stand to be corrected if the above verses do not fit in the scheme.
