BLESSED!

Rambling thoughts

Watch the connections unfold themselves

One by one – independently inter-dependent

Butterflies tinker the spirit

Birds chirp greetings on the journey

Checking senses alive to wafting dispensations

I have a smile today to pass on

Gratitude comes in a deep breath

Assimilating this moment gifted to me

Cocooned from thoughts of destined happenstances

Promises culmination of warm pleasantries

Into cherished memories, to dwell,

While counting strands graying under the sun
